WHERE DO YOUR ITEMS COME FROM?
Our items are sourced through a variety of channels, including trusted sellers, exclusive partnerships, private collectors, and direct relationships with brands. We often acquire products directly from the brand itself, ensuring their authenticity and quality. We maintain a stringent vetting process to ensure the credibility of our sources, which allows us to provide our customers with a curated selection of genuine, high-end clothing items.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We aim to provide a seamless and secure shopping experience for our customers by offering a variety of payment methods. These include major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and for Dutch customers, iDeal. Additionally, we have partnered with Klarna and in3 to offer flexible payment options, such as paying in three installments or deferring payment for 30 days. All transactions on our platform are encrypted and monitored for fraud prevention, ensuring the safety and privacy of your information.
HOW TO ENSURE THE RIGHT FIT?
To help you find the perfect fit, we provide a "Find my size" button for all applicable products on our platform. By clicking this button, you can enter your measurements and receive personalized size recommendations based on the specific item. Additionally, you can also access detailed size charts and measurements through the "Find my size" feature. We encourage you to utilize this tool and compare the provided measurements to your own to ensure an accurate fit. WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer two shipping methods for orders: Standard Delivery and Express Delivery. Standard Delivery is available only for orders below €250 and incurs a fee, while Express Delivery is available for all orders but incurs a higher price due to faster and more reliable shipping. However, Express Delivery is free for orders of €250 or more. The specific pricing for each shipping method depends on the destination of the order.

WHAT IS THE €1 DROP?
The €1 Drop is a monthly event that occurs on the first day of every month. During this event, we release a minimum of 10 items for just €1, although the specific items are undisclosed. In the past, we have even offered items with a regular price of €1,000+ for just €1.
